• Create custom macros to perform routine to advanced functions on text documents…from importing and positioning graphics & tables to be placed in frames without manually breaking paragraphs, to inserting appropriate section breaks to incorporate foldouts. These macros are placed on custom toolbars for easy access, which allows the team to perform in an expedited and efficient manner, no matter if they are a novice or a seasoned professional.
• Create instructions that outline, step-by-step, the procedures that would be used throughout the formatting process, from the soft edit process, to formatting text in final documents, to embedding graphics.
